I’m Asa — a Northern Virginia wedding photographer based right here in the DMV. Over the past decade, I’ve spent my career building relationships with couples, venues, and vendors across Alexandria, Arlington, and Washington, DC. I don’t just visit these locations — I truly know them.

How far in advance should I book for an Alexandria wedding?
Spring and fall Saturdays in Alexandria book out 10–14 months in advance. For micro weddings and weekday elopements, 3–6 months is typically enough. I’d recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date locked in — even just to hold the date with a retainer.
Do you offer micro wedding photography packages specifically?
Yes — micro weddings are one of my specialties. These packages are tailored for celebrations with 20 or fewer guests and include all the same quality and editing as a full wedding, typically over a shorter coverage window of 3–5 hours. Many couples in the $1,000–$1,500 range find these packages the perfect fit.
